Art Competition

ICOB Art is accepting submissions of original artwork in the following 7 genres.

Drawing, Painting, Photography, Mixed Media, Animation, Digital Art,  and NFTs

Artists from around the world are called upon to make submissions. Emerging and New Artists are welcome.

Age Categories

Age Ranges invited are: Children – Age 7 – 12, Teens – Age 13 – 19, Adults –  Age 20 – 59, Seniors – Age 60 plus.

Prizes

Prizes are of amounts: £1000, £500  and £300.  There will be a prize winner in each genre and a prize winner in each age range.  That is a total of 30 prizes including the overall runner up and overall winner,

Artists can apply to this competition by submitting their best representational or abstract art, using any of the following themes.

Abstract
People
Culture
Nature
Landscape
Cityscape
Food
Fashion
Tech
Animals
Futuristic

Dates

Competition Start and Deadline Dates – 1st March 2022 to 30th April 2022.

Costs

Entries are Free for the two entries from an artist.  Subsequent entries from the same artist will cost £6.  A maximum of 5 entries are allowed per artist.

Exhibition

Entrants are will be invited to take part in the Icob Art Exhibition to be held at London venue in  2022.

Finalists will gain exposure and be assisted with ongoing sales of their work. Winning a competition, or even being a finalist can raise the artist profile and command higher prices for artwork going forward.

What happens after entry?

Finalists will be contacted in early May

The public will be asked to view and comment on finalists works.

Those who attend the Icobart Exhibition event can also vote for their favourites, but final decisions will be made by a panel of Judges who are professional Artists.

Winners  will be announced at the end of the exhibition.
